If you want to dye your hair, what color will you choose?

I have always thought dark black hair was the most beautiful. Unfortunately it doesn't suit my skin tone very well. I have reddish hair and kind of a golden skin tone. I did put some temporary rinse on my hair once to try it. It didn't look too good on me.

When i have dyed my hair I TRY to go to a blonder colour but i have enough natural red in my hair that i always end up on the pinkish side. I've stopped trying. Now i just hangout in the sun and get natural highlights by gardening.

I am getting old, and the greys are beginning to pop up-I think keeping my hair dark is another ingenious way of cheating on my age LOL!

I'd dye the front hairline and the sides a cyan, blue and purple fade. So the colors can go into each other. I'd also get an extra front hairpiece or two just to be more unique.

Your choice of colour sounds really lovely, and I'd love to see it! I've thought about this before, and if I dyed my hair I think I'd choose red. I tried once before, but it didn't look any different and nobody else noticed either! My hair's naturally quite dark brown and when it's sunny it goes a bit red, so I think it might be nice with even more red in. However, I'm not too keen on hair dye really as it has so many harmful chemicals in, and I keep thinking that maybe I'll grow old gracefully and not use one... But if I did decide to dye my hair I could always try henna or a vegetable dye, and I would go red :)

Hello friend i also have not made my hair dyed.In my childhood,i ever have seen a lof of children dyed their hair with a lot of kinds of colours.They are really beautiful.But to me,nevr!BEcayse my parents didn't allow me to dye and said it is not good for a child. Now,i am a mature young man, no one can stop me to dye any more.But i don't want to dye it any more in my heart.I don't know why? maybe i feel it is bothing to clean it every time.hehe. I would prefer to color my hair burgandy as i have a weatish complexion so i think it will suit me better. I dont mind golden brown streaks too, ~Pinks~

Just like you, I have never dyed my hair before. But if I really have too specially when some white hair will start showing, I would dye it the same color that I have because I want it natural... that would be black.

Mine will be black blue. I like the effect when a light strikes the hair and then the color blue is visible. I just love it! My fave color is blue that's why I like it so much :)

Hmmm... good question... I would choose dark purple or deep purple/violet. I have seen some who has this color and it is really cool!

Will not dye the whole head another colorc but will dye it in streaks of goldish color or auburn. I thought Storm's hair in X men was nice - all white.

My hair is darkish brown but I prefer it to be darker so whenever I dye by hair it's either 'darkest brown' or the colour I have now 'red black' which is disappointingly more red than it is black. But still it's nice. If I could have anything though I'd like bright bright highlights (in patches throughout the bottom layers of my hair, not on the top) of either red, or blue if my hair where a blackish/brown. I think I might pay at the hairdressers to get that dont as a treat maybe for my birthday or before uni - instead of the usual cut and dye myself.

my hair cikir is currently brawn, but i would like to dye it into salty gray!

oh I agree the deep purple of grapes would be suitable and becoming on an asian person. certain black chickens that we have owned - would glisten a blue/purple sheen when the sun bounced off of their feathers, and it was quite lovely. I would dye my hair in some shade of red, likely a deep chestnut auburn.

Red Red ,I like this color

My hair is blonde, and I've had hot pink streaks before, which I liked a lot. Maybe I'd get it done a bit lighter, as it is more golden blonde - strawberry blonde than light blonde =] Or maybe I'd try chestnut brown, or an auburn red? For now, I'm okay how I am (:

I have been dyeing my hair since I was about 14 years old.My husband often teases me and tells me that I probably cant even remeber what color hair i had in the beginning that is how often I dye it.It needs a new color right now and I too am not sur which color I will choose.I really like burgundy and plum colors the best.Tey look best with my complexion.You should use whatever will look best on your skin tone.

When I was a student at college,I dyed yellow and marcelled my hair.It looks beautifull,I like it very much.I won't dye the color of red or other colors,because my skin is black.So,some color will let me look blacker.So,now my hair is black ----a original color.If your skin is very white and good ,you could color it with all the colors,hehe,all of them will suit you I believe.Don't worry.
