- It's too bad so few people will ever understand the message! - Yet, I have a hard time believing it was written for nothing. - What's the value of understanding which nefarious conspiracy theory is actually true (if any)? Perhaps so we'll know what's reaLLy going on in the world! What strings are being pulled and what's likely to occur in the future because of it! - Even if we don't think we need to know for ourselves.. what about future generations? Will my grand children live to see days in which the bible and bible related materials are contraband? And will it be beneficial in those times for them to understand the message that is contained in the Book of Revelation / Apocalypse?

Looks like we are heading that way my friend. Look at all the wars, earthquakes, more floods, global warming..I don't like to talk about doom and gloom that much as I am trying to keep up from being depressed myself but I know that things are not looking that great. I do try though despite it all to do my best to try and change even one bad thing to something good..That is if I can..But I do believe there is a sinister poiwer at work and we have to be mindful.

You are so right! To my thinking, Israel is a macrocosm of the world.. And is also mankind's story and history in microcosm. - There's so many conspiracy theories in the world, but the Book of Revelation can show us the true conspiracy, or that's to say, where the world is headed and what forces are edging it that way, instead of people having to wonder about every new conspiracy theory that comes along.. I think the Book of Revelation is meant to be understood, and once it is, I believe it's a very simple story, and actually one which is being etched on all hearts. Untruth (straying from God) cannot stand. It simply can't. It crashes. In a self destructive puff of smoke, dust and ashes. If the people of the day will understand the Book of Revelation, they can come safely through the occurrences of that day.

hi, yanijiarin, to me, the triumph of good is so complete, that even knowing this life iS apocalypse, doesn't make me think doom and gloom at all.. Now the news broadcasts, that's a lot of gloom.. And is unavoidable, but boy does it ever help to know that all good things are eternal. That God Himself feels responsible, seeing as he's the one who gave man and angel thinking ability and thus choice (rather than make robots, I guess). But since God Himself feels responsible, he has fixed it so that, in the 'end' aLL are rescued. "ALL thiings in heaven and earth are being gathered into Him". Then the bad is gone and all good carries on alone! - In this world as things progress and the inevitable 'end' comes (30, 40, or maybe even 50 years from now) there will be less suffering for those who know what the Book of revelation / Apocalypse says. And the more who understand today, and pass it on to their children and grand children, the less suffering.. And I agree we should do all the good we can in the world, and a lot of that is just to be friendly and have true caring and affection for others.. to go through our days smiling at folks, rather than not, or rather than (heaven forbid) scowling at them, as people have enough burdens! Sometimes just a smile can lift those burdens just a little.. :)

The book of Revelations is prophetic, many people like the 7th day adventist feel it happened in the past, but I say it is prophetic, it is not a conspiracy, it is the word of G-d.When Israel became a state in one day that was prophetic, when the bible speaks of Nuclear War, that is prophetic. We are so close to what revealations has to say. How goes Israel, will determine what happens in the world.

This could already of happened on Sept 11 2001Even tho it was writing so many years ago I am now thinking that man is still going ahead to make it all happen any how instead of using their heads to chankge it they have had plenty of time to change it but no they are going on ahead to distroy the world!

..Yup, I think all of us together are destroying the world and have been ever since the beginning.. I think this life iS "Apocalypse". To me, because God is Life (who else?) and also, of course Perfection.. and angel and man were given thinking ability, thus choice.. Well, once you choose anything other than God, you begin the journey away from Perfection/Life/God, so included in life is the rescue (Jesus) and this unavoidable journey (away from life) is but a moment... But because it is built with and upon many untruths, it simply must all come crashing down.. just as Isaiah wrote millenia ago, "all the high towers will fall" - I believe this will happen.. One day. I believe it's been delayed.. a few times.. but I agree.. It's inevitable.

yup but man will do it not a GOd. for the creator wants us all to be happy and live long lives but of course there are the jealous ones that wont leave things alone and let us live to the fullest but I plan on living life the way I want and when I leave this plane I will go to the other palne and be with all my loved ones that have gone on.

I agree Lakota, and think of it as cause and effect.. not God getting even or something! The creator is surely perfect, all knowing and all wise.. and desires only good! And is not a being just waiting to punish one and all, or even any!! :)

I think the Revelation is very pertinent for today's world. Yes, it is hard to understand, but there are plenty of books and commentaries to help the reader! I believe we are in the last days and I believe it is very possible the Rapture could happen in my lifetime.
