reporting scams!

Just wondering if any of you knew of any site where one can report scams?there needs to be !If i truly had won all the lotteries and scams i recieve i would be the richest person in the world .im getting a little sick of them and would love to be of help in catching some of these folks who prey on the gullable
and often folks in real need!

In Trinidad where I live they advising people do not open these files they are people who actually send money to them already and lost alot even take out a loan. I want to know if I won something why to I have to pay a fee and I can't remeber even going to this site I dont know how come they have'nt got caught yet?

I have reported some of the scams I have gotten through the mail to the US Postmaster on the internet but do not know if anyone actually polices the internet itself. It would be good if someone did.
