it kind of illuminates the eyes or something
it's a stick, you apply it right under the brow...or half the brow (never bought it, but wanna try it)
i can't remember what it is called. it usually comes in tones or variations of gold i believe.

lol...not surprised what women use for makeup. Everything is so artificial.
