Do you prefer it? Or would you rather just work at one job? I work for an employer, but I'm also starting my own business & I love it! Have worked two jobs at a time many times in my life. It's hard to do, but sometimes necessary. And it gives you a little variety in people you see each day. What are your thoughts?

I worked two full time jobs in one month and that's it I stopped. After a good search, I found a job with better pay. I thought why work 2 jobs if I can earn the same money with one full time job and overtime? But now I have my own shop I can only work temporary. The money is not as much compared to what I used to earn, but it's less stress and enough rest so I like it.

Most of my life I have had two jobs. Now I have one full time and work from home writing books and stories for magazines. It's easier to work from home as long as you remain on a schedule just as you would on an outside job. It takes much self control. I got very sick of working two jobs on the outside.....sometimes I'd almost forget which place I was supposed to be!

I have only one job. But I don't mind have part-time job. I don't have an official part-time job. I just try to make extra money via the net such as selling things or posting in Mylot.

I'd rather have one great paying full-time job that gives you all the money in the world that you would need to survive in the world. Unfortunately the cost of living in this day and age warrants way too many people to have to struggle and/or work more than one job to survive. I've worked many jobs...as many as 3 at a time. Just to get by.

I have 3 jobs, Well, 4 if you count ebay. I have my own daycare during the day. A few nights a week I work as a customer service rep. And on weekends I work at a bar. Yes, I am busy, but I like it. I hope soon I can be able to just have my own business as well.

I tried working 2 jobs, once. I was so tired by the end of the time (and I only worked Saturdays on the 2nd job) that I decided to never try it again. I've never been high energy, I always felt that if I went to a second job after my regular job, I wouldn't be able to give both jobs their money's worth.

I did have two jobs before. One was my regular job and the other was tutoring some kids at night. I had to admit that it was really tiring though because I needed to split my energy for the two. I don't think I will ever do that again in my life. I would at most have a regular job and then work online a bit at nights, at least I could stay home and rest whenever I want to.

Hi gwen, Being a woman, I have two jobs. One that is a 40 plus hours a week, that actually pays, and a full time job of taking care of my home and everything in and around it. The second job does not pay money, but does pay a lot in rewards, and satisfaction of knowing that things are done to the best of my ability. Since I am a mother and a grandmother, there are many things that I do that are rewarding but do not pay much. Giving my grandchildren a safe haven after school means having snacks available, and entertaining them, or being entertained by them until they are picked up. At times I may get an extra reward by their choosing to stay the night, which entails dinner, dishes, more entertainment, and laundry. Then in the morning I am further rewarded by having to listen to their alarm, because I am not ready to get up because I just went to bed from having worked late. It's a good thing I have some time to return to sleep before I need to return to work. I feel so Loved!!LOL I feel any woman that is married has two jobs if they happen to work outside the home and bring home a paycheck. It is very rewarding in its own way to each and every one. Happy posting..
