Is my BF only one in adults who wets bed?

It is actually due to the fact taht in my previous discussion, some were teasing him? But what can he do if he can't control it. He has seen a doc and very sad now. He is ashmed also that he very often does it. But its the recent problem for about a month or two. Somebody says he should try to use bed wetting alarm. it seems helpful also. Today we will try to find one. But for the time being I think he can continue sleeping without pant(he is doing that for 2 day, and once he still wet bed)on rubber cloth. And no he is not dirty. He has cleaned all the sheets and also mattress . He wants to sleep on floor with rubber cloth. But I have forbidden him as he can catch cold . But is he only one who is suffering from this?
