Does anyone know how to get generoud Genire (GG) offers to approve

I know that pretty much everybody has issues getting these to go through regardless of the site you are on. The thing is, one person on one of the sites that I do has gotten almost all of them to approve. Which leads me to believe that they can be done, but there is something being missed. I mean aside from the obvious deleting cookies, changing emails, stuff like that. If I can figure out how before the end of the month, I will be insanely happy.
