as today I woke up with a feeling that I really want to dring some champagne I also thought about the dependence of the alcohol. You know people you are dependent from the alcohol and can't do anything about it? When do you think we should start be worrying that we have the alcoholic dependence? What should we do about it?

With all respect, Soleya, I think you should start worrying right now. Actually, rather than worrying, it seems wise to recognize that it is not healthy or natural to wake up with the feeling of wanting to partake of any kind of stimulant. But do take heart, for there is no person on earth who cannot do anything about it. There are only people who deep inside of themselves really do not want to do anything about it. I don't think dependence on substances is a disease or immoral, but rather that it is a symptom of something else going on in the person's life. It could be an unfulfilled longing for something, a chemical imbalance, guilt, sorrow, or insecurity. It could be the result of a deficiency of some vitamin or nutrient in your diet. But it is not something that lies beyond your control. In fact, you are the only person who can control it. Please don't wait another second before taking control of your life.

Thank you so much for your response. I also think that it is more because of my problems in life which I am affraid to face. And yes, I also believe that only we can control our lives. Thank you.
