I am nuts in this matter, sorry for my sincere confession. What is actually 'intuition'?. Is it from the 'mind speaking' or 'heart speaking'?. Please, somebody can tell me what it is all about?. Your insight, much appreciated.

hahaha qweck qweck. intution could be from the heart as well as the mind, when it is the matter of the heart it is from the heart and when it is the matter of the mind like bussiness it could be from the mind, the third kind of intution is the intution of the soul and these are in connection with love with GOD. smiles, apple. by the way i had an intution that you will be back. hahaha qweck qweck

I can't help thinking it is a spiritual connection of some sort as I believe the inner voice is but I think it is something that we humans do not and are not meant to really understand, maybe in our next journey.

Intuition is an incredible resource and gift that we have been given to help us live our best life. The word intuition means "in to you" in Latin. Florence Scovel, a theologian, once said, "Intuition is the spiritual faculty that doesn't explain; it seemingly points the way." Your inner self is persistent and consistent. It will keep trying to get your attention until you finally wise up!

My dictionary describes it pretty well as "instinctive knowledge or belief about something without conscious reasoning" So, as you thought, it more a thing where your mind is telling you something without you being aware you have the knowledge; it has nothing to do with the heart. I think that the general belief is that women are more aware of their intuitive powers than men.

Hi Mike! To me, intuition is more of a "gut speaking" than 'heart or mind'. The feeling in your gut that there is *something* but you don't know what it is, but once you do, you know it was the right thing. Love ya, Sherri

The word intuition simply means an immediate understanding of the mind without intervention yet of any reasoning process. It is what comes first to your mind after hearing, seeing or feeling something so basically it is the mind that is speaking.

i think intuition is that which comes from our sub concious. because we often know whats right but at times our heart gets in the way of our common sense and we dont listen to our intuition/sub-consious.

Humans have 5 senses - sight, touch, hearing, taste and smell. These help to guide us through life and survive any number of situations. Intuition is ofen referred to as the sixth sense because it provides us with feelings that something is instictively right or wrong. Some people are more in tune with their intuition and rely much more upon how they feel rather than what they think logically.
