I don't know what chicken adobo is? But it would be something I would try if I knew how to make it.. I like to try different kinds of recipes...

Tonight I'm not sure what I'm making for the kids and I (my husband wont be here) but tomorrow we're having lasagna which I've been simmering (the sauce) since last night and will half bake today :-D...

Lasagna sound sou good! I haven't had it for awhile now..I do my sauce to the day before I make it..same with spagetti sauce..I love making it from scratch..I never buy the sauce in the can...I normally can my tomatoes into juice, sauce, and just canned tomatoes...

I used up some left over cooked chicken b r e a s t (sorry I opted out of the mature content & that's the only way I can post that word), cut it up into little pieces added it with some diced canned tomatoes microwaved it, added a jar of alfredo sauch to the mixture and poured it over bowls of noodles & vola! All the kids ate it & that my friends is a miracle in itself!
