Do you rescue animals?

I rescue where and when I can. There are so many animals cruelly mistreated by their owners it is difficult sometimes. Lots of people argue that the way they treat their animals is ok.

I've taken in cats until I just can't take in any more. I've got 5 currently looking for new homes, but that'll still leave us 19 cats.

It was about 4 years ago I took in a stray cat who was starving. She became part of my family and my other 2 cats liked her too. They all got along quite well. About 3 monthes ago she somehow slipped through the door and I haven seen her since. I love animals and if I can help them I will.

My family and I are constantly rescuing different kinds of pets. Last spring my children saved several baby birds who feel out of the tree and got hurt. We returned the birds back to nature. I am a huge dog lover so I am constantly trying to help as many as I can. I have adopted two German Shepard's from the Humane Society this past year. As well as adopted an English Setter from the dog pound who was about to put him down because he had over stayed his welcome. About two weeks ago a huge dog came walking up to my son as he was playing outside, we believe this dog is a German Shepard, husky mixed. Since we aren't able to find his owner he will of course live out the rest of his days here with us. I try to help as many creatures as I possibly can. We keep extra food and water just outside of our fenced in yard to help those that might be hungry, thirsty or scared.
