Do you value money or education more?

A lot of people today only get an education to get to more money. While I understand the need of money in one's life and in the economy, I think it is a waste to simply get a degree in something to make the money. If you enjoy it and learn from it and can make the money then congrats to you. But too many people just go to college with the idea of picking the major that yields the highest dollar amount afterwards and often these jobs do nothing of value for society or for other people, let alone become intellectually stimulating. So what do you value more? Are you one who will risk giving up a potential life of material things and fortune for a fulfilling wealth of knowledge or are you just in it to head to the front of the rat race?
