My husband was in a car accident and it's been one heck of a week

So on Monday my husband's company shut down a few hours early (4 hours to be exact) because of the G.M strike and as he was driving home, a woman swerved into his lane and smashed into his driver door. I'm driving along trying to get a few things done and I see my hubby's car at the insurance office. So I'm puzzled because he's supposed to be at work and it's only noon - so what's he doing? I finish what I have to do and return home..... he's not there! Eventually we're both home at the same time and he tells me that 1) he's off work until the strike is settled and 2) some woman smacked into his car. It's the second accident this woman has had because she startles easily and apparently, when she heard sirens coming up behind her, she panicked and tried to get out of the way without making sure it was clear for her to do so. They're both insured by the same company so either way, they're paying. Anyway, I spent the week with hubby doing couple stuff and working on unfinished projects. He's fine too so it's all good :)

So glad your husband was not hurt. When I started reading your post, I thought sure that you would say he was hurt. So there is a bit of a bright side. Have a blessed day!

I'm glad he's not hurt too. I was really worried for the first couple of days but he's mostly shook up, more than hurt. He gets better hugs and kisses now though.

As long as your Husband is alright the car is repairable As for that Lady I think she should not get behind the wheel if she is that nervous

He got his car back on Friday but has to take it back to the garage on Tuesday because the seal around the driver window and windshield aren't fixed right. I don't think that lady belongs in the driver seat
