Will you get married on the church or civil?

Many people get married nowadays, but i observed that civil weddings are very common, since alot of women get pregnant, they just choose to get married civilly because it's the fastest way to do it plus less cost. Unlike the church wedding, it entails alot of preparations and cost. But if i were to choose, i'll still choose to have a simple wedding ceremony because it's alot more blessed than a civil. I have nothing against civil weddings but my opinion about it is the couple's just married by paper. Anyway, it still depends on the couple whichever they choose, they're the one who will work for their marriage anyways.

I had both as thats the law in my country (you can have only civil but if you have to do it in church the marrage is not legal in the eyse of the law but it is in the eyes of the church). First we had the civil than we went to church.

When I get married, I will choose to do it in a church. Probably in the church I currently attend. It's beautiful, but simple, and I would feel at home.

we have the same view towards this matter. I think having a church wedding, feels more blessed.

i think sometimes civil weddings are more practical nowadays because it doesnt slash out too much on your savings, and i guess it doesnt make it any less special especially if you have only invited your closest friends and family to the wedding who would eventually shower you with their love and support :) also, i guess with some couples who come from different religious/racial backgrounds, civil wedding might be a good solution, then if you want you can either decide a religious wedding afterwards :)
