What is the foremost in a person's personal hygiene

Dental and private part care would be most essential for me. We are vulnerable to diseases if we neglect this basic hygiene. I would rather settle for a cheaper and ordinary garments than compromising with the expenses the care of these two involves. Next to this, would follow my feet, which I feel, are to be pampered for comfort and hygience both. Thanks.
