How many ferrets do you own?

And how many do you think is a good amount? Since I was 5, we always had one at a time, but recently we upped to 2, and they seem to be much happier. My friend had 14+ for a while, and it was amazing. He knew them all by name and everything. Good times.

I have 5 direct and 4 extended... and i know them all... but the fact is that they joined just because i asked them too... they all think its some kind of a scam!1!

They think having ferrets is some sort of scam?!?! That's horrible! It shouldn't be too hard to convince them otherwise!

I have one ferret, male. He's my first and I love him! He's still nippy when very active, but a total sweetheart otherwise. I would love to get a secon one, but my boy is pretty dominant. My one friend has his brother, and he definitely "takes him out" when they play together. LOL
