Hello there. I am proud to say I do not smoke. =D I do not like people who smokes around me. I think they are inconsiderate. I hope smokers out there can show more consideration. Thanks.

This is very hard question to answer. I can't say what I gain, and what I loose - health, money, possibility of cancer ..... there are lot of disadvantages.

I think there's nothing like loosing and gaining. It's just a part of interest. And I would like to say that I smoke. I smoke and I always keep in mind that my smoking shouldn't make people around me difficult. Like I don't smoke infront of kid, I don't smoke in public, I don't smoke in parks. I only smoke where I'm alone or in bars or resturant were smoking is allowed. I think this doesn't harm anybody.

I smoked from a very yound age (13) and quit cold turkey when i was 23. My son was diagnoised with asthma at 1 and spent loads of his first 5 years in hospital. Though I never smoked whilst pregnant and never in the house around them. I gave up for him and never looked back. I gained loads since i stopped, more money in my pocket, and gained some weight too lol I don't think I've lost anything? have to think on that one. The only thing that used to bother about quitting was wanting a smoke when i was out for the evening. now it's a smoke free england, thats no longer a problem.
