First is from direct friends. Then, next thing is from people whom you know through the internet. Like a chat mate or an internet friend perhaps. Also, setting up a blog is one thing. But we have to consider that there are millions of blogs out there.. so how are we gonna find lots of traffic to blogs so that we can possibility refer them to our paid-programs? That's a huge challenge .. Also, you can always buy referrals or pay people to sign up under you.. But I don't do such thing really because a person may sign up under you but there's no assurance that they'll be active to that site, so you might be wasting your money paying for referrals who are just after the money that you pay them rather than actively be participating in that site. I think the best way is to get the referrals directly from your friends. As they are your friends, they will trust the information you send to them. And it's easier for them to sign up an account because of it.
