What types of discussions do you reply to the most? What type to you start the most? I feel there are mostly 4 types of discussions: The serious, thought provoking ones...that require you to look inside yourself and really think about the answer. the armor-is-required to answer ones...which include abortion issues, gay issues, politics and some religion. And what I call Puff Pieces...like What's the craziest thing your pet has done or What were like as a kid...they don't take alot of thought and are fun to do for the most part. Of course there's also the Dead Ones like What's your favorite color or Do you like chocolate...I think I could be asleep and answer those LOL I tend to run between the serious type and the puff pieces both when I reply and when I start a discussion. I steer clear of the need armor types most of the time and the dead ones are good for when I'm really tired. Is there a type you wish you saw more of or a type you wish you didn't see at all? Is there a type you refuse to answer? **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Being I'm probably one of the older members here, I try to find discussions on subjects I've already lived through or have had some sort of relationship to. I try to help or at least offer suggestions on what I would do in that situation or what I wouldn't do. Everyone here comes up with such great questions, it's hard to keep up, lol! Basically, I'll answer anything that I feel I can add a decent response to.......Good question!

It depends, I like topics about pop culture and comic books/graphic novels.

Generally, I am open to all topics, sometimes even the most nonsense topic is amusing to me to respond to, sometimes I just get board at them. Any topic I open is worth a respond to me. Although I prefer topics that are related to life, business and such that makes sense.

I tend to go mostly with the serious ones, twoey, because I feel that there is so much going on around us these things need to be open to discussion. I also like to revert back to childhood memories a lot. That was my happiest time in life, and it always puts me in a very good mood.

Time allowing, I will answer any discussion that does not contain bad language or disrespect for others if I know something about the subject or find it interesting unless the discussion is about politics or religion and those are two subjects I prefer to avoid.

Personally, it depends on my mood what type of discussions I answer. The puff pieces are for the "I don't want to go there" days. I got bored with the "what's your favorite color" and "do you like to eat" b.s. posts ages ago. If I answer one of those now, it's because it's started by a friend with whom I've had nothing to discuss lately. I used to love the "need your armor on" discussions until the trolls absolutely became unbearable. I only answer the real "thinkers" for a select few friends unless the topic is something I feel passionate about. Usually, by the time I arrive here, my brain is spent and I just want to jack around a while and have some fun. Then there are the religious discussions, as far as I'm concerned, unless one is a satanist, I step on no one's beliefs and expect the same respect in return. But mostly I avoid those, again, due to no-life, low-life trolls. Today, I'm cramming in just a bare little bit because I have a function to attend in a couple of hours and I still need to get ready--yep, big 80s hair and all, lol...screw it, it's a Floyd "wanna be" laser light show, so yeah, gotta have big hair for that, lol. I have 13 more minutes to go before I must hit the shower, etc. Wonder how many more posts I can get in???

I have no idea what type of discussion person I am. Right now, I just got back from a two week trip to PEI and through the States, so I am answering as many as I can to make the cash out which I doubt I will get. I am either crazy or stupidly optimistic or haven't the sense of a gold fish. Go figure.

I rarely answer " puff" pieces. But I do answer the serious and the armor-is-required ones. And I answer the posts about my favorite sports.I wish there were more posts on the "what ifs" of life.I guess I mean more debates.I wish there were less posts that demean religious people or demean nonreligious people.

I usually respond to the ones that i know something about. When people talk about the world series,or who will win the cup and that kind of things,i usually do not respond because i don't know anything about that..I try and answer family type questions, anything that i feel i can add too.I do not like to answer with a one liner..I just feel i don't give anything to the discussion..Some discussions i feel are just something to have a reply, and they don't have any substance so i just don't answer..

I, too, avoid the armor ones. I kind of prefer the puff pieces because they are fun. I'm generally too tired to deal with the first.

I respond mostly to what grabs my interest when I'm here and that can vary from time to time. I usually aviod the armor ones. I wish there were more discussions posted that were in my interest groups like investing, some of the TV shows I like and some others.

Honestly, I read all the ones from people on my friends list but only answer the ones that are interesting or don't require armor to answer. I've seen people ripped apart on this site for expressing their opinions so I hold back on the very serious discussions even though they are my favorite kinds.

I am quite taken by where my mood takes me.Sometimes I want to engage in the really deep and thought provoking ones and other times I will go for the more light and trivial discussions. I believe that no one is boring and should give everyone a chance and I like to have many different interests and apply my knowledge to also help others if I can. It all depends on my mood lol.

I think I answer mostly the puff pieces type of discussions and from time to time answer the serious and thought provoking ones. I don't get involved in the armor types as they get way out of hand. I may make a small comment but thats about it.

I guess i like the Armor needing ones as well as the thought provoking and yes some of the Puff pieces - since i did start one like that recently lol With the Armor ones i feelits a matter of opinion NOT LAW or whos right and wrong - im intreaged to see other peoples view * as i have said before .. if we were all the same even thought the same ... what a sad and BORIng place wed be living in?* :( I guess its alot because it doesnt matter to me what anyone thinks of me about me or will say - i am ME - its not conceit its just knowing how i feel/think and what is right for me (not for everyone) :) and yet keeping an open mind! :) XX Happy Thought provoking :) XX lol
