I was recently told by a doctor that because of some health problems that I have, I need to go on a special diet. His recommendations were: No sugar, no wheat, hardly any carbohydrates and no dairy, and no soy. I have to be on this diet for at least a month and than ease back into regular eating but in moderation. Only thing is is all foods have these things in them! I go to the grocery store and the trip ends in me crying with frustration because I cant find anything to eat! There are hardly any healthy foods and the stuff they do have is double in price to what I am used to. Even foods that you think wuld be healthy have tonnes of sugar in them. any suggestions? Anyone else ever been told to go on such a diet?

let see... for what you said, that diet look imosible, so just go ahead and do the best you can... Look like vegetables will fit in at least all the green ones, what about eggs, meat, other grains such as oat, legumes... I guess it can be difficult. But be possitive, do it, and take care of yourself, that way will be just a month and not all your life... good luck!
