What is the Common Bond?

What would the common bond be between a father and the man that molested his only daughter? Why would a father protect the molester of his daughter. The molester is married to his wife's sister. He is not a blood relative. So what would you think the common bond would be here?

Oh most definately...She protects the molester too... But it is her sister's husband so there is somewhat (not excusable bond) but what bond would her father have with this monster? Do you think that the mother father could have possibly allowed the abuse to go one, maybe they pimped her out? Maybe that is why they are working so hard to protect him, so that he doesn't spill the beans on them?

All I can say is that it is a horrible situation. :( I feel very sorry for the daughter who must feel terribly unprotected.

There should be no bond between the molester and the father of this child. I don't care who the person is, the father should be protecting his child and his childs reputation and innocence. What kind of a father will protect the molester of his daughter? That is sick!

YEs that is would be pretty sick...I am sure there's a special place for father's like that...Probably right there along with the molester. Because neither one would be worth more then the other. I am told that "Friends is GOD's Apology for family" Sure looks that way in this case.
