how much garlic do you usually put in your meals when cooking? i like garlic especially after i learned that it's good for people with high blood pressure and that it's also good for so many ailments. ever since then, i already add extra garlic on most of the recipes i cook. i also tried garlic chips and its quite good to munch on while watching television. do you like garlic? do you know of any other illnesses or sickness that it can cure?

I love garlic so much. Well when I was trying to learn how to cook, i tried a mushroom & garlic recipe which says in the direction saute 1 clove of garlic. Instead a sauteed the whole bulb, well sorry I was kind of ignorant back then about cooking terminology. Although the outcome of the food I cooked was so delicious that my husband almost ate all of it. He said it must be the garlic.

i really didn't think any meal would taste bad if you add in extra garlic on the other hand that would probably depend on the person if they like eating garlic. I'll probably try cooking that mushroom dish you prepared for your husband and maybe you should give that dish you prepared a new name....maybe garlic mushroom since there's extra garlic in it. by the way, what kind of mushroom did you use? I'm really serious about trying that dish you made. thanks! ('.')

Yum, never tried garlic chips before, sounds great. And did you know that garlic is also a natural antibiotic? That is why when I make my chicken soup, I make sure there is plenty of garlic to put in. So, eat more garlic, you should feel better soon..:) In fact, I probably use too much, so I am careful when cooking and if I want more I can add to my own dish, because I love both onions and garlic, but I have to also know that others who may not like them as much will also be eating..:)

I love the flavour of garlic and use lots of it in most of the dishes I cook. I knew about the benefits of garlic only a year back. Maybe being from India, garlic is a must in most of our dishes (though there are some Hindu sects who don't use onions or garlic).

We love garlic and use a lot of it when cooking. I use in meat dishes as well as rice and potatoes. We had garlic kielbasa the other day that was really good. My husband and I both have great cholestrol levels and I think the garlic really helps.

I am a huge fan of garlic. My sister makes fun of me that I have not taste buds because she will complain that she put way too much garlic in something that she cooked and I will tell her it needs more. I am the same way with onion. You can never have too much in my opinion.

I love the taste of garlic. When you cook pasta, put lots of garlic in the sauce. It boost the taste that makes it delicious. The only thing i don't like about garlic is after you eat the smell and taste are left in your mouth. but otherwise it's healthy.
