In my opinion teamwork as a whole can naturally produce an overall greater productivity. But is is going to vary graetly between the types of teams that are organized, motivation and something else.So in some situations working individually are more productively. Do you a student, employee,,employer or manager? How do you manage your work and study more effectively?

For me, it depends on the situation. There are instances where I find working in a team is very effective. Yet, there are times when certain projects need just a personal touch. Of course, there is no hard and fast rule. Neither can we ever draw any line of division as to which. Sometimes, a situation may commence as a team and result in a solo project. There will be other times when you change from working alone to having a teamwork environment.

Well when i was in grade school and in highschool, i liked working on my own better than working in a team. although it was almost always teamwork. Haha, and i almost always end up as team leader. I think that's where i started "hating" being in a group. When i went to college there were tons of groupwork everyday that it became ingrained to me and suddenly i started liking to work in a group. But after graduation and working in a team environment for a year... i think i kinda burned out because of the job i had and so my workgroup days are over. Haha. Well i think i'm both productive in a team or on my own. It doesn't really matter. Currently i'm not much into doing group work anymore so i'd definitely say i like working as an individual nowadays. ^_^
