Do you take a daily vitamin? What kind? Is it a mulitvitamin? I should take a vitamin, I'm on a search for one that isn't a huge pill to swallow.

I do take vitamins on as-needed basis only. Previously, I take this regularly, but due to some issues and feedbacks about it, I then change my usual dosage. Taking vitamins is also helpful, as this will help you become more energetic when doing strenuous activities. Have a nice day and God speed!

I drink a glasses of orange juice every day, so that the viamines I need for one day. But right now, I suffer from gestional diabates, and your rate of sugar really go up with a glass of orange juice, so I stopped. i think I will ask my doctor of witch vitamine I can take. Vitamine C as always helped me to go trhought some cold.

I don't take vitamin everyday. As I think it is still a kind of medicine. I don't want to take medicine when I am alright. I prefer to eat the food and get the vitamin from it.

Yes, I do take vitamin C every day and I take multivitamin only when I feel a bit under the weather. I also buy women's multivitamin (with iron and folic acid) to take during my menstruation (due to loss of blood, I want to make sure I'm still fit). The regular multivitamin I take is a small pill (half of Panadol tablet). ;-D The women's multivitamin one is as big as Panadol tablet.

I used to take Sanatogen Gold which included all the multivitamins. I used to go to the gym five times a week and it used to be a lot of pressure on my joints for all the jogging etc I did, as well as replacing the vitamins and minerals lost through sweating. It was just one tablet with everything in it. I can't stand taking loads of tablets each day, besides I always forget to take them which defeats the object, so I prefer to take just one tablet with everything included in it.

Yes, I do take vitamins daily. I take ascorbic acid everyday. Aside from that, I also recently take a natural supplement for good blood circulation. It is made up of four herbal extracts. It does a lot of wonders for a variety of health reasons.

I have trouble swallowing pills, so I take Centrum chewable multivitamins. You can buy them right in the grocery store. You can even take a childre';s multi- it's better than nothing. I think it's nearly impossible to get all of your nutrients from food alone.

There's a great liquid supplement I've just ordered online. I read where liquid supplements are much better than pills, in fact pills have been found perfectly intact, you could even see the brand name on them, at sewage treatment facilities...YUCKO!! PM me if you'd like to know what I'm taking. I, too feel and see a difference between when I take them and when I don't...my nails, my skin and hair, and my energy level. Annie

I take vitamin C everyday. I take it so that I do not get running nose so often. However, it doesn't seem to help but still I'll take it.
