Have you ever tried a "frappe"? This is a kind of iced coffee we drink here in Cyprus and in Greece as well. I am so addicted to frappe and it's one of the most refreshing coffees I've ever tried. It's easy to make as well: You need a long glass, some water, ice cubes and instant coffee. Milk and sugar are optional. You put a small quantity of water (about 1/6 of the glass) and 1 tea spoon of instant coffee (For the original frappe recipe you should use "NESCAFE" instant coffee),and some sugar if you like. You then mix this (use a mixer or a shaker) until they become foam. Remember: Sugar is added before the mixing. After that, put some water until you fill most of the glass but don't forget to leave some space for a couple of ice cubes. You can add some milk as well, or you can only add milk and no water according to your taste. Add a straw and enjoy. Try it and you will remember me! Cheers everybody

Yes, I LOVE frappe. :-)))) Hey, I didn't know that it was THAT easy to make!!! THX for telling me. Maybe sometime I'll make it 'coz there's no Starbucks here, so I have to make it myself if I want some.

Hi, efty!
He he he...no worries. I'd still like to try. When you try things at home, you can always add this and that to make it taste as good as you want it to be, right? It's always fun to try new things. ;-D
