can't sleep

I am sitting here on the computer because I can't sleep. What do you do to get some sleep when you just can't fall asleep???

it seems to me that something is bothering you. there might be a problem that you are thinking or it might be that there is something that you are very excited about that you keep on thinking that is why you cannot sleep. i suggest you drink a glass of warm milk and play a boring game online so that you could dooze off.
