I just started college through the University of Phoenix, and I'm doing it all online. I don't have to step one foot in a classroom. Our classroom is the forum where we sign into everyday, we use asynchronous communication which basically means that all the students are talking online from different locations and at different times. In order to participate in classroom discussions we have threaded discussions and we get constructive feedback from the other students and the instructor. I've already submitted my bio and the assignments for this week (week 1) are pretty simple. I just have to write 3 reports, 2 that are 150 to 200 words, and one that is 200 to 300 words. Wow, it's been over 18 years since I have had to write any kind of report. Hopefully I don't freak and get a brain freeze. i'm really excited about this and I hope I do well.

You are going to do just fine hun! Just make sure you get yourself into a good routine everyday and keep on top of your work. I am taking 12 credits online and 3 credits in class this semester. It is hard sometimes, as I have 3 small children also. Sometimes, its hard to stay on task and get stuff done. I think you will do well!
