Why do people get mad over traffic?

I have been with many people that get mad while driving over something like, someone pulling out in front of them, driving slow, and little stuff like that. Then i see them do the exact same thing, or worse. I just dont see the point in getting mad about something like that. The truth is we all make mistakes and are not perfect. We should just learn to deal with stuff like that.

people who gets mad over traffic are those with short string of patience. they hate waiting and they get easily annoyed at little errors committed by others in the streets. in fact, here in our country, there have been many cases of fighting and even shooting between drivers and passengers just because they got hotheaded being stuck in traffic. these people should learn how to lengthen their patience and just like you said, learn to deal with mistakes, be cool about it. ^__^

I've noticed that most of the people that get mad about the traffic make the same mistakes their selves.

A lot of people find that they are spending a great portion of their lives in a car and on some level they probably are not even aware of the frustration and tension builds and that sort of thing needs release...stuck in traffic, yelling at other cars is the most immediate method

Yes, It is funny, everyone gets mad because the other driver is not driving with care. some drivers are not courteous, I try to be courteous at all times, if someone wants to get out in traffic, and a lot of cars are out there
I will let them get in, it is not a problem. then you have some drivers that try to tail-gate you.

LOL I know ppl like that too...actually come to think of it i know a LOT of ppl like that...I dont drive myself but I think ppl are like that becuase #1 everyone is in a rush all the time..there is no such thing as taking things slowly anymore (especially here in the U.S) and #2 ppl have forgotten for the most part to be aware of others and to think OUTSIDE their own existance...

Most of the time I like to think that I am a calm and sensible driver but there are occasions when I get mad. I got mad when a driver ignored the red light and damn nearly killed me a while ago. Only yesterday I got very annoyed at a driver who seemed determined to drive so close to my bumper he could see into my boot. This was on a motorway at 90 miles an hour for crying out loud. Drivers like that not only scare me, but they make me mad as they are likely to kill someone.

Thats one thing that bothers me the must, is when someone has to ride your bumper like that.
