For you it should not matter, as long as you are happy that is all that matters. But the people around you however, that may be a different story. Your, friends, family, co-workers might think differently. As long as you are fine with it and your loved one, then that should be the end of that conversation.

In my opinion, No.. it isn't a concern really if you are to follow your heart and nothing but what you feel. As what they say, "Age doesn't Matter". Just curious, how old is she?.. Well, if you really love her and the both of you love each other.. then there's a huge possibility that you two will end up to be with each other for the rest of your lives (get married). If you love someone older than you and you are not hurting anyone.. then there's nothing wrong about it. People may criticize or say something bad against you or the one you love.. If there is love, intimacy, understanding, friendship and communication, then I don't think that age is a major concern at all.
