Traveler Dies in Airport Holding Cell

I wonder how this could happen. I mean unless she is a contortionist, it would be difficult for her to transfer her handcuffs from her hands to her neck. Maybe they should make sure that will never happen. They should have had someone to watch her to see if she would not do herself any harm, especially if they figured that she might be out of control. I did read the news story and the comments afterwards and it did seem that she was rather upset about something. For that reason, she might have been not playing with a full deck at the time. Also did they try to find out why she was in a hurry? I am sure that if they had gotten her calmed down or if she stopped to think and explained the situation, she would still be alive.
