Do you believe destiny?

In China many people believe destiny especially the olds think people's life are arranged by the Buddha.They say the illness,the successed,the failrues and so on are destiny.I believe luck and destiny sometimes but not most of them.People dont decide everything but we can control ourselves.What's your opinion?

We cannot always control our lives. Many external factors come into this fray. We can do many things whatever we like to do. But the ultimate result generally remains unknown to us. Our actions depend on many reactions which somtimes are unknown to us and beyond our control. As we do not know many things, we cannot predict the result. That is what we generaly call detiny. But destiny is never supernatural.

Right now, my beliefs fall to the middle. Everything happens for a purpose that's meant to be. But on my other hand, your future is what you make it. So, I am undecided.
