Neither one should get those beautiful children, grandparents would be nice!
At least they would have a home life with love and care. They have not had a very good start in their young lives ,so so sad!

Okay why should her ex husband not get custody? I read that AOL article and it said nothing about him being drunk, running around, and making a fool of himself. If you could give a link showing what he did wrong, then I can make a confirmed decision on who is right.
Mind you it would help that the father lives near his parents so they can go visit.

Personally I feel that Kevin will just use those poor children to get his hands on Britney's money. I think Britney would be the better choice, if she would just get over whatever crisis she is going through that she is acting out on, and get her life back together.
If memory serves me right, Britney is a caring individual, and once opened a camp for less fortunate children to have a chance to be exposed to the art of music. I'm not sure what flipped Britney's switches, but I am sure the old Britney is hiding under what she has become today.
Truly the media and public needs to back off and let Britney get her life back together.

I was deeply saddened when I heard this on CNN today. I am a big fan of Britney Spears and I am sad to see her out of control and not taking care of herself and most of all her children. The children should go to the most responsible parent but most of people are saying that he just wants them because of the money. If that is the case I think he is rotten but at least they won't be in any danger as when they were with Britney Spears.

Yeah I don't know what happened her to her. I used to remember that she opened some sort of camp for girls or something like that and I thought that was just wonderful. Now all of this is happening I just want the old Britney back. She needs to rethink what she is doing and get better for the sake of her children, herself, and her career. Aside from the performance that she gave on the MTV music awards she is still the princess of pop because all her fans have bought her new single on Itunes and she is on top. I think if she pulls herself together she will be even bigger now.

i am a new mother myself and i really would like to know how her partying is an different than his? the entire time she was pregnant he was out spending her money like it was going out of style. so neither one deserves the right to have them. that i do agree. but being young and a new mother i know how she felt bc when i felt comfortable enough to leave my daughter with her grandmother for girls night out it became a weekly thing for about six weeks so i could let loose too. i mean my husband did it the whole time i was pregnant while i sat at home bored and upset bc i was so alone.

yes, i saw that in E, its sad to hear, because britney was young when she got married, and kevin is not really a good husband material, anyway, who knows. but they should give britney a chance. everybody makes mistakes. kevin, im not sure about that guy. he seems creepy.
