We have a conure and a cockatiel. We feed ours a food called Zupreem. I like it better than other bird food because it contains all the nutrients and vitamins that birds need. It is so complete, you never have to put vitamins in their water. I like that.

YOU CAN FEED THEM GRAINS N WATERALSO BREAD FOOD LIKE ROTI CHAWAL ETC THEY LIKE TO EAT SOFT THINGS MORE SO THESE WOULD BE THE BEST FOOD

Some really easy recipes: 1. Raw carrots cut up into really small square pieces. 2. Raw broccoli. Take one little single "tree" of broccoli and stick it so that the head is inside the cage and it's inbetween two bars.
