Over population in developing countries?

Over populations can lead to many serious problems. Such as it will have an effect on the employment. Since there are more people to seek for a job, so only the best people can win it but the salary isn't reasonable because there will be another one who can take the same job with lower salary. Besides, the crime, the living etc. will all have a negative effect.
