appointments. Last Saturday, my son and I had an appointment with the reflexologist for his weekly therapy. Then, last Friday, I was supposed to meet the supplier of herbal supplements for my son plus, his condition is supposed to be evaluated as regards his health progress. Too bad, I had totally forgotten about the two important appointments. It seems like so many things had been going around in our lives these last two weeks. Coping with it all didn't come out easy. Oh my, I must have been very much stressed out to have totally forgotten about these two important appointments. I wonder now, if ever there are also some mylotters who have been through this experience. Please share them with me.

I could never keep track of appointments, so I bought a PDA, I have had one for 8 or 9 years now. I would not be able to function without it. You might want to consider getting one. You can use it for more then phone numbers and appointments..I use mine to read ebooks, do a budget, balance my checkbook and even play games.

you bet that i will do just as you have suggested, my friend. i have a notebook with me now where i jot down all important matters to keep track with. i will be bringing my notebook with wherever i go. it is very much easier to remember things when i browse through the notebook and see all those important matters to keep some good eye on. nice of you to have mentioned this, debs_place.

Too much worries can really squeeze out our cerebral juices for a while, that we tend to forget the most important things we need to do. I understand your situation, since these happens to me also. That I even tend to forget small things, which sometimes get bigger because of other people don't seem to understand the feelings we are into as of the moment. I suggest you rest from time to time, to freshen up your mind and relieve some of those stress you're experiencing as of now. Also, don't forget to submit all of your worries and peers to HIM!;)

well, the problem, my friend has been magnified many times over just because we do not find this city we are in now to be friendly enough, that is, environmentally. air pollution is very much evident here. i believe this is the reason why my kids and i, feel uncomfortable over here. i hope that i will be able to do the necessary adaptation to this new environment very soon. yes, raijin, surely better resting time will greatly enhance my memory and health. thank you for these kind suggestions. you can be sure that i will take this to heart.

Yes stress can really harm us and can really affect our day to day performance. Most of the time, when we are stressed, we have poor performance and we are not really functional, our productivity also lessen. And like what you have said, it can make us forget important things like appointments... too late to realize, how our stress cause us a lot of troubles.

Hi my friend. Isn't it because we are getting old that's why we easily forget things now? Ooohh.. I am just making you laugh so you would forget those bad moments. Well, I understand the situation you are in now. If I were in your shoes, I might have forgotten more appointments...He he he...I think I need to take MEMORY PLUS... Take things one at a time. Don't think too much. Feel relax..inhale more air and drink a lot of water. I guess this will make you feel good now. As it is my way of relieving stress, just take everything in prayer.... Refresh you body and mind by drinking fresh juice, if you are into food supplements and vitamins, go ahead for these will invigorate your physical and mental alertness. Good luck to you my friend. I hope and pray that your son would fully recover soon. Don't lose hope.

sure, ryanphil, i will be taking all those foods, beverages and food supplements needed to see me through in this city which air is not as good as the one we are having back in davao city. my two kids are complaining time and again about the stale air that we are breathing here. we sure are looking forward to the days when we will be in davao city again.
