It's hard to work for a difficult boss. It seems no matter what you do it is never going to be good enough for them. Good news is, if you try to ignore them and never do anything where they can complain, it makes work a little bit easier. I used to argue back a little bit at boss's who were always on edge for no reason, but I've learned it makes everything a lot easier if you just let them be difficult and ignore it.
