My husband talks in his sleep when he is very tired. He also acts out his dreams in his sleep as well. One night he woke me up because he was typing in his sleep. He was yelling radio codes to his soldiers in his sleep too. One night he was putting supplies on shelves in his sleep. He eats, breathes and sleeps his work apparently hahaha!

My daughter talks in her sleep. She slept with me till she was about five and I knew she did. Then this summer we went camping and we were sleeping together. She is now 12 and I could hear her talking in her sleep. She is very embarrassed by it. I can't really make out enough of what she is saying but it is weird. As for my boyfriend he SNORES like made and you can hear it all over the house. If I fall asleep before him then I am okay but if I don't I have to roll him over and stuff cause I can't fall asleep to that.

It's fun at first time, but it will getting annoyed later, furthermore if he is your husband, every night you sleep with her. When I was small, I ever heard an older told my mom, those who love to talk, snore, or teeth-biting while sleep, use his/her own shoes or sandals which he is wearing, and slap to his face. First time, I thought it was a joke, that's ridiculous. My mom said when I was kid, I love to do the teeth-biting in sleep, and it's very annoying noise to her every night. One night, she can't stand again my mouth voice, and going to get my sandals and slapped hard to my face while I was in my teeth-biting sleep. I didn't know if she slapped me, just opened my eyes a moment, then sleep back. The morning i just felt itchy on my face. But she didn't tell me about the slapping. Later, my mom never complain anymore of my teeth-biting, because the other next mornings I never felt itchy anymore, if there is, means it's no effect. Next to my nephew, who loves to talk-sleepers. Her mom also did the same to him, and the result is really worked the same as my teeth-biting. The next night, he slept well like a baby, said his mom. You maybe laugh after reading this. This maybe sounds irrational, but I had two samples that are successful. Happy trying. PS: When you slap him, he didn't know. Hurry hide or put away the slapping-tool. Don't let him notice the tools.

yes, my roommates told me that I often talk in my sleep. But the voice is low and faint, so they cann't hear what I was talking. And there is another reason that I always talk in dialect so they cann't understand well. haha~~ As Chinese is our mother tongue, I am ashamed that I talk in my sleep in dialect bu my sister in English! I heard others talking in their sleep too. But the same reason mentioned above that the voice is low and faint makes me not be able to understand clearly. And another reason is that I always was so sleepy then that I am not aware enough to ask questions. Usually I would forget the encounter the next morning! It is really a funny thing to hear one talking in the sleep, maybe recording it is a not-bad way. haha~~~
