How many of you were disapointed when they got rid of the main guy on sliders?

How many of you were disapointed when they got rid of the main guy on Sliders, Quin? I was very very very disapointed. I didn't really like the new guy that much, but I guess he kept the series alive but not nearly as good as what it was when it began.. What're your thoughts on this?

They replaced Quinn Mallory with a guy called Mallory correct? I was very dissapointed, the new guy wasn't very interesting.

I loved Jerry playing Quin. "Mallory" was a bad actor. Didn't know his place. The whole "Am I Quinn or Mallory" bit didn't go over well. The other lady Diana just did NOTHING for me. I already didn't like Maggie, then Mallory and Diana. I hated watching the 5th season.
