do you like to watch (movie) musicals?

I LOVE the Sound of Music and the Phantom of the Opera. I hope someday I can watch the real opera in a real opera house. I've only seen Grease 1, though he he he...and it was GREAT! ;-D Never seen Highschool Musical.

I enjoy some of them...when I was a kid I actually LOVED musicals and watched one every Sunday morning on tv...I'm a huge fan of Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers and the like Marilyn Monroe, Elvis movies LOL I loved them all!!...and I of course LOVED Grease when it came out originally and Xanadu (but I was a MAJOR Oliva Newton John fan after Grease so Xanadu was a must LOL)....I've seen Rent (the movie) and loved it...but some of my ULTIMATE favs would be Rocky Horror Picture Show Hegwig and the Angry Inch Heavy Metal the Producers The Best Little Wh0rehouse in Texas Gentlemen Prefer Blondes Purple Rain Pink Floyd The Wall Fame thats just a COUPLE of my favourites LOL

I used to not like musicals, but now I do lol. My favorite is def. Phantom of the Opera! =) I loved Gerard Butler, he is hot, and he can sing! woot lol. I also like Highschool Musical. I've only seen it once, but it was good. i like the songs from Moulin Rouge, but I do tihnk the movie is a little...bizarre! lol. =P Grease's songs are good too. The movie isn't bizarre but I prefer listening to the songs rather than watching the whole movie.

I'm a fan of musicals - Grease, Sound of Music and Moulin Rouge are probably my favourites. I also love dance movies that have great music throughout - Save the Last Dance, Dirty Dancing, Flashdance, Fame. Music really helps to make a movie stand out.

Yes, i like Sound of Music, Grease 1. Highschool Musical and Moulan Rouge. Movie with music variation indeed gives inspiration. YOu are not only watching, but you will sense a great feeling because the cast are singing. and you can easily remember their lines because it has tune. I love Highschool Musical 1 and 2.

Oh yeah! I love Grease and Grease 2 (The first one more), Jesus Christ Superstar is amazing, Hair is wild, Tommy is ... very strange, Rocky Horror Picture Show is my all time favorite, and any musical except for Julie Andrews stuff, I will watch. I love that stuff. It may seem corny to some but I really get a kick out of musicals. I want to see Hairspray soon. I heard it was really good. I also like dancing movies like Dirty Dancing, Footloose, Flashdance, Save the Last Dance, etc.
