AdBuddy.Net, reputable?

Hi, Has anyone used adbuddy.net, and do you know if they are reputable, do they pay/ are they effective? thnks

I'm a member, but I haven't reached payout yet. I can't tell you if it pays or not, but it is listed in Marketing Pond, so I do think you can trust this one.
