Last Sunday we went on a rescue mission to the Zach Buschenschank, in the Styrian Weinstrasse (wine growing area), to pick up a pullover that my husband had left behind last weekend. We recovered the pullover, which we got on a trip to Madeira last year, but we also went looking for mushrooms in a nearby forest. Aside from red mushrooms, which are so pretty to look at, but poisonous, we found no edible ones, so it was just a matter of enjoying the forest and walking around it for a while!

it's great you could get the pullover back.
by brother years ago went mushroom hunting and it was great. he'd bring back a whole lot of good mushrooms and we'd saute them and they were sooo delicious.

When I was a little girl my father used to go rabbiting and sometimes in the mushroom season we kids would go along as well, while he went off to catch rabbits we would go muchrooming, it was great fum, we used to keep all our neighbour fed, as my father was a very sharing type person and no one had much money but they ate well...great memories...
