Yahoo Messenger shorter status?

Hello everyone. Have you experienced today an anoying bug on Yahoo! Messenger that don't let you to put a status longer than 39 characters? I do and it isn't nice. I can't put a longer status and also my friends from my list have only half status, heh,. I am not sure why, but this really sucks, lol...

Yes! I thought it was something I was doing. I usually put in a very long status message, because I am a dork like that. I wonder whats up with that.

This is really annoying cause i run tournaments and i need my status to bring players on them. And i loved to find something very funny to put in it for every specific tourny.

Yup. that happens to me too. I have no idea if it's a bug or someone at Yahoo decided (stupidly) that the status can't be longer than that. Why do that? Because they can...
