I do not only think - I believe that the Holy Bible is the word of God. If it is not, whose is it? Nobody has ever claimed ownership of the Bible. There are so many greedy people in the world and the Bible is a source of billions of dollars. There are 66 books in the Holy Bible and not one of the books is claimed by anybody. And all the books complement each other and they talk about one God. If to others there are contradictions in the Holy Bible, to me nothing. They may not just understand the message and so they are confronted with unnecessary problems and try to dissuade people not to believe that the Holy Bible is really the word of God.

Indeed, there are many proofs to its authority and inspiration. Even history itself claims that the Bible is true, infact many mistakes of history were corrected by the Bible. The belief that the world is round, the Hittites, dinosaurs, etc.

..amen.. what some call inconsistencies, are merely paradoxes, for life itself has many paradoxes.. such as "God gave free-will" (an offshoot of thinking ability) and "God is in control" - Both are true!! - And some call an inconsistency such as "we returned later that night" and "we returned the next morning" - yes, I actually heard this! Like eye witness accounts don't always differ in small details! And what do people assume when they don't? - I just gotta mention one more thing! You know how in Matthew 24, Jesus says when He returns He will send out His angels to gather His elect from the four corners of the world.. well, lots of people use that to say the bible (and Jesus the Son of God) states the world is flat! When anyone should easily be able to see that this is just a poetic way of saying from the four directions, north, south, east and west! Psalms, written so long ago, says "everyday man sees the *circuit* of the sun" - this was written when other nations believed indeed the world was flat, and was supported on the back of a turtle, elephant or Atlas! Of course some also like to hold it against the bible that Galileo was persecuted for his vision and theory the world was round.. but that wasn't the bible. That was human beings acting..

Maybe god's nisisiting being, you know how nisisiti parents are always role playing with thier offsping, one kid "good" favorite, one the "despised" evil. one the other triying to get "lose" or triying to "gain redemtiom". really chosen are doomed in the system. Of course doesnt really give with the unconditonal love stuff does it? However, narcissim & riligion do seem to go hand on hand with all that my way, is the only way for everyone thinking..

Of course, the bible is really God's word.If not it will contradict each other. All of the prophesies in the bible have come to pass, other prophecies are awaiting fullfillment like the last battle on earth, the second coming of Christ and so on.It is not accepted by others because some organizations are adding words or subtracting some words, making the real thought differ from the original thought of the writer.Remember that the word of God is written by people inspired by God.Other institutions masquerading as christian religion are the ones adding doctrines and dogmas that are clearly against the bible, making other christian believers hate the bible and ultimately hate God.For example, how can you accept that a certain leader of that church is not making mistakes, all men are subject to mistakes. If you are teaching other to be compassionate to the poor, and then they will ask for your donation, when in fact they are the richest institution in the world, you will be probably be mad to God,but its not the fault of God,its the fault of that institution.

Hello there. I believe the Bible is really God's Word to us. However, I think the Bible we are reading today should be a bit different from what was initially passed down. This is because, through the many years of passing down, I think some scriptures might have been amended before. Also, even though we may all be reading the same bible (different versions), we all have different interpretations. It's important for us to pray for understanding before reading the bible.

Since I was a child, I am raised into believing that the Bible is a holy scripture. It is associated with what God wanted us to know or hear or understand about great holy things. Now that I was already a professional, there are a lot of "errors" and questions I have encountered about the Bible based on our standard. I would not site those things because it will eat up this whole space and as we know discussions about religions is an ancient dilemma that up to this time still unresolve and creates more questions than answers. No wonder that the cause of great skirmishes in the world is religion, that is difference in beliefs. Despite of that questions, I don't base my beliefs in the "error" found in the Bible but in believing in it inspite of its imperfection. It is important that we believe on something. I think we are all entitled to that privilege. If we try to rationalize everything about the Bible, it is impossible because God's thoughts is beyond the reach of that of humans. The trick is believing into that mystery. All that matters is what you believe. Everything has a reason, even we can create reasons for unreasonable. There are always two sides of the coin. Another thing, although I did have many puzzles with the Bible, I would not question its rationality until I fully grasp and understand what it means. So ask if the Bible is really God's Word to us? My answer is yes.

Bible is 100% true.... WHY?/.../. ...... /?????? When you study the history of the Bible you will know teh truth... there were so many trials that the Bible faced but still there was the Bible we have now.... why is it ...because of the Power of God.... There is only one way God was Communicating with us and it is the Bible ...Do you think that God will allow wrong messages coming to us... Me too was wondering if God ...Bible...heaven ...hell... was true... But if you trust God's Word.... you can safely live with your life not in danger....
