Best size Heavyweight bag?

So i'm planning on getting a heavyweight bag and for ME I think getting a 70lb would be good BUT I want my kids to be able to use it as well so I was wondering if anyone has one or can suggest whether or not they'd be ok with one that weight or should I get a lighter one etc?

i think it depends on your capacity of how much u can pick or u can weight.i thinks u have to take advise from the coach.
