Colon Cleasner

I had one like done to me some years ago while in the military, and I tell you it's not nice always being inside of a bathroom and all, but I am down if it will make your better and take out all the internal junk from your body. I am truly down with that. If you have more info, please let us know.

I don't know much about it. What I do know is if you do it, Marcie be a poopin. I guess if you get to poopin enough, that will help you lose weight. LOL. Seriously though I have heard its healthy to cleanse out your colon every so often. The workers at the health food store shoud be able to help you. I wouldn't do it all the time though. Colon cleasner sounds like something that would have me yelling and screaming and the restroom while my roommate dials 911. I can't tolerate those things that turn my stomach to help me have a movement. I told you I am a chicken. But I have heard of a thing called colonics and I am wondering if you have heard of that? It is a treatment in the doctors office that is suppose to aid in weight loss. In fact, I think that I want to go and look it up now.
