Political Campaign Ads

This is sort of a pet peeve of mine, I really cant stand those political tv campaign ads.
Each of the opponents say terrible things about one another, and not one good word about what THEY are going to do. They are basically adverising that hey look at me, Im a jacka** cos all I can do is talk sh!t about my opponent!
That really makes me not want to vote for either of them. What do I know from the ads alone? I know they are HATING on their opponent. Yeah thats an important quality Im looking for in my respresentative!
I really think that they should ban the ability to say anything bad about their opponent and speak of only what they have to promote.
Dont you think that would be better than name calling and finger pointing?

I don't watch tv that much, because I am not much interesting in politics, specially in this one, when I don't knwo this people and cannot vote anyway.but I remeber when was the voting in my coutry and that was very similar like you mention in your post.Yeah i think it would be much better ir they will ban this, beucase i think we want to know others things about them not just how they hate each other.

I remeber now, when was the voting in my country and someone ask me who i am gonna vote.and i say nobody beucase they are all jerks and all what they do is only stealing from the people(what is true)...uf man, but I had lecture from the person for half hour, how important is to vote.......bulls*T

Hi Laura,
Well I dont watch much tv during the day, and of course they only show them on primtime tv when most people are home and watching. lol
Well I guess its done all over the world then, just in different languages! lol Amazing! No wonder we are led by such crazy leaders, we are dam.ned if we dont vote and dam.ned if we do!

The only commercials I see like that are the ones for the swiffer wet jet. Haha. Does sound dumb though. I cant complain because I dont vote. Sorry that annoys you Bay Bay. People can be dumb. I guess even after high school its a popularity contest.

Amen for KB! Your right, we never really move on from HS we just argue over different sh!t! lol Its annoying, yes. Many things annoy me. LOL
