Hi folks....I am a big time dreamer, be it while sleeping or while awake i am always dreaming. It ranges mostly in the world of horror and sometimes total science fiction or even real life stories, partly adventourous and total fun. Well I am dreaming everyday and night. So how often do u dream? and whats the most common theme in the dream?

Thats cool. Good to be daydereaming, but then not being able to sleep night long is bad. I mean it affects health. Why dont u try night dreaming for a change. I am sure u would like it too.

Day dreaming can actually do more good done harm according to some researchers. It practices the brain to do creative thinking. Day dreamers are proven to solve puzzles, and problems faster than non-daydreamers. So keep day dreaming, just be sure that your day dreaming does not hinder your work or else you might risk getting fired. During the night, however, I do dream a lot also. Nightmares when I forget to take my heart medicine. It wakes me up with my heart raising. That's is why I should not forget my heart medicine. I always dream especially while I am asleep, I usually dream of things that are on my mind whether it be the days events a book I've been reading, anything and everything. Sometimes they are totally bizare and don't make any sense and others a pleasent and occasionally I have a bad dream, which I hate, I always wake up feeling sick or scared..... Sometimes I wish I didn't dream but it is my brains way of unwinding I guess....

You must really be a dreamer. Good, you need not go anywhere to enjoy and that saves a lot of money :) I seldom dream and I think I prefer not to dream for I don't like horror and we cannot choose on what to dream about.

Thats what usually people say that as soon as they wake up they loose contact and forget what they saw. Butfor me its strange i remeber almost alll of them, and at times I am also able to see a continuation of the sam dream. As if it was a movie and had stopped at the interval.
