paypal or moneybookers, which do you prefer?

I'm from the Philippines, and I also would like to earn money here and by taking surveys in other site, but my problem is, where to register in able to receive the money they will pay me. How much is the charge or fee that I must pay for the delivery? I'm a fresh graduate, and right now, I still am unemployed, that's why I'm checking out sites that could help me earn some money. I am clueless in this and I don't know what sites to trust.

there are lots of reviews here about moneybookers,you can use the search option to be able to see all those discussions.
I have not made nay transfer for my earnings yet but most probably since paypal is already available here in the philippines..I'll choose paypal.

it's good to hear from fellow filipino like you. thanks for informing me of the reviews. i'm new in this site and is not yet used to its services. by the way, i appreciate your response. ahm, i've searched paypal, and yes, i've found out that it is already available here in the philippines but it says there that "accounts may only be used to send money.”

Hi there yugiho! Thank you for the response. By the way, may I know how does paypal charges? Are the fees already deducted before I receive the payment? I'm really clueless with these and I wanted to know what's best knowing I lived here in the Philippines.
