Wanna air some "dirty laundry" (aka deep dark secret or embarrassing tidbit)? This is the time and place to do it. DO TELL!!
I guess it's only fair if I go first. The first time I ever got really really drunk, I was at an engagement party for a friend and ended up kissing her fiance who was also very intoxicated. Not something I am proud of but there you have it.

Ouch, that has to hurt the conscience.
I was bored one day, so I made a male character on this online chat/role-play type of thing called furcadia. It was just for fun, but then I made a lot of friends, and they all believed I was a guy. Me and this one girl in particular became really close friends. Now, keep in mind I'm completely straight and happily almost-engaged. And then one day I realized that she liked me (or the guy she thought I was). I told her I was a girl.. but I guess it had gone too far. She wouldn't talk to me for a week and then she came back and we talked about it, and kept chatting a little now and then, but things were never the same again, and eventually we both stopped going on furcadia. It's just something that hurts me a lot. Because she and I could have been (and were!) such incredible friends. It's upsetting. :/

Ah, yes the online role playing games. My fiance plays World Of Warcraft like it's going out of style but before that he played Duris. Anyway, as much as it may be upsetting, you did the right thing by telling her the truth. Besides role playing games are just that, roles. People switch genders all of the time and she shouldn't have assumed you were a male person just because your character was male.
