Does upgrade at clixsense pay if you a non US person.

Well I was thinking of upgrading at clixsense but I need veiws and suggestions from you all. Clixsense has some adds only for US citizens. They also state that they 525 premium adds running. So how many of them are for non US citizens like Indians. And do they also pay Indians. And if dont have any refferals, in how much time can I reach the payout and receive a check from them.
